We love all things gadget or fidget! This puzzle is a great fidget novelty item. It's made of stainless steel so it is a great paperweight and desktop item.
If there's an issue with it, it's that we can't leave it alone. Once you pick it up it's hard to put down. And when you do, it's tempting to leave it in its various states: solved, partially solved, separated, etc.
