Phase 10 is a great family game. People of all ages can learn to play it. It takes just the right amount of luck and strategy.
What we love:
Phase 10 seems to be a staple card game. Families have been playing it a lot while shut up indoors.
It's a Rummy-style game set in pre defined phases. The 10 phases get harder and harder to complete. While there is a great deal of luck, your strategy can make a big difference. Anyone at any age can be a winner. If you alter the rules some you can speed up the game. You can also play in teams.
The first player or team to complete the predefined phases wins. Wild and skip cards add a level of unpredicability.
